Besides the .TEL domain and a CTH User, a so-called CTH Zone is needed to manage a .TEL domain. The CTH user which has to be generated before the zone, has to be specified in the command:

command = TELNIC_CTH_CreateZone
domain = <DOMAIN>
X-TEL-CTH-LOGIN = <TEXT>

synchronized = 0 | 1

Please note that when choosing the option synchronized 1, the existing .TEL CTH zone at the foreign registrar will be deleted. This option has to be chosen if the CTH zone still exists at the old registrar
